C12

C12 provides a framework to gather, inspire, and equip Christian business leaders to pursue excellence. C12 members work together to deeply explore challenges, seize opportunities, and develop strategic plans—in good times and bad. The mission is great, but without profit, the mission stagnates.

When leaders work alone, their potential is often limited. However, when surrounded by like-minded advisors who share a common purpose and biblical worldview, they can achieve their greatest effectiveness and energize their teams. Join other CEOs and business leaders in Taiwan to build outstanding companies with a higher purpose.

Isaiah Shared Office

Heaven in Business

The space of "Bringing the Kingdom of God into the Workplace" begins with personal transformation, leading to transformation in the office, and ultimately, transformation of cities, nations, and the nation! Christianity breaks through church walls and enters the workplace, allowing more people to see the image of Jesus. It is also a time for father-son inheritance, where different generations can learn from each other and create a space for the younger generation, allowing the anointing and blessings of the previous generation to be passed on.

Eric Tseng, Head of Isaiah Shared Office

Zeng Mengbin graduated from the renowned Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with an MBA.
Isaiah 43:19 “Behold, I am going to do a new thing; now it springs forth; shall you not know it? I will make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”
In 2011, he sought God and received Isaiah 43:19, believing God was leading him to a new endeavor. He therefore decided to start a business, naming it Isaiah. The company's vision is to become the McKinsey of the technology industry, providing comprehensive solutions for corporate clients. He believes that no matter how difficult the journey has been, God will always be with him. He also encourages everyone, "You are never alone. God will accompany us every step of the way."
In 2021, he established Isaiah Shared Office, allocating surplus funds to the Kingdom Fund, establishing workplace churches, and supporting nonprofit organizations to help young people explore their gifts, talents, and potential and find the meaning of life. He also hopes to become an incubator platform, combining angel investment with industry mentorship to nurture entrepreneurs to realize their dreams and pass on Christian values, acting as a workplace apostle.

Julia Su, Chairman of the Silver Apostle Center of the Guarantee Association

Su Qizhang is the founder of Shalom AI HR, president of the Guarantee Bank Apostolic Center, and pastor of Bethel Chinese Church in Hanoi, Vietnam. A graduate of the Baruch College of Business at the City University of New York, she has worked in the technology and finance industries, including at Microsoft Taiwan, Taiwan Life Insurance, and Dingheng Digital Technology. She specializes in cross-border planning and management, strategic selection, problem-solving, career development, and new concepts and ideas.

Su Qizhang's current calling is in Vietnam. She reminds us that Vietnam is a communist country and remains anti-religious. "The Vietnamese government doesn't look at what you believe, but what you do!"You can do what he can't do, help him solve social problems such as school dropouts, unemployment, drug abuse, prostitution, etc., he will give you a "church" license! Roll out the red carpet, give you a microphone, and invite you to establish a church!
From 2016 to the present, many working Christians, like the prototype church of Ekklesia in the days of Acts, have entered Vietnam through the lens of charitable work and blossomed throughout the country. Their initiatives include building schools, orphanages, and drug rehabilitation centers. She also engaged in a youth evangelism ministry by teaching English to students in the English Club at Hanoi National University. When she encouraged the university students to "know the Lord who created all things!" every young person in the club raised their hands and made a decision to accept God as their Savior. Since then, many young Vietnamese leaders have emerged to establish home churches throughout Vietnam.

Pastor Billy Graham once said, "I believe God's next great move will come through believers in the workplace."The gospel ministry in Vietnam is expanding through the workplace, confirming Pastor Billy Graham's vision.

The smallest of tribes will become a thousand, and a small nation will become mighty. I, the Lord, will accomplish this in due time. (Isaiah 60:22)
